The projector has been designed to cater to large venues and supports up to Full HD video formats. The projector also delivers 5X more detail than traditional projectors. The file types supported are JPEG, JPG, BMP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Another interesting feature is that you can wirelessly play stuff on your computer through this projector by inserting a WiFi dongle in the USB port and making use of WiDi feature. The USB display offers plug-and-play convenience of USB connection with automatic resolution detection and extension support for multi-projection display. The projector automatically switches to Eco blank mode if left turned on without a display source for more than 3 minutes and is turned off if the idle period is over 30 minutes. The installation is easy and so is the maintenance according to claims by BenQ. To replace the lens conveniently an upper lamp door has been incorporated in the body design.
