OPPO Find 5 Mini is powered by MT6582 chipset with 4 Cortex A7 CPU cores clocked at 1.3 GHz and Mali 400 MP GPU. The RAM capacity is 1 GB and the internal memory is 4 GB, which can be extended to 32 GB using MicroSD support. The 4.7 inch IPS LCD display sports 960 x 540 display resolution. The phone is only 7.7 mm thick and weighs 128 g. On the software front the phone comes with Android 4.2 jelly bean operating system with Color OS on top.
At the rear side, you will get an 8 MP BSI CMOS sensor from Sony with LED flash. The camera also features F2.0 wide aperture, AR Coating and Blue Glass IR filter. A 2 MP snapper is also present at the front for video calling. The battery capacity is 2000 mAh and is not removable. The phone also features Smart Dual SIM connectivity, but we cant be sure if “Smart” is a marketing term or if it means Dual SIM Dual Active. Other features include gesture support, 3G HSPA, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The phone will be available in White, Black and Purple colors and will be available soon on online retailers as well. The phone is Mini Variant of last OPPO flagship, OPPO Find 5. The phone scores high on aesthetics and body design. The camera is also one of the best you can expect in this price range, at least on Paper. But average chipset specification implies it wont be well suited for everyone. For general purpose users, it will be a viable option.
